FOX News Fraud - They Hate Ron Paul

By Max | August 13, 2007

Fox News coverage of the Iowa Straw Poll was completely ridiculous.

This is the graphic captured from Fox News.
Fox News Hates Ron Paul

The actual results of the event are here:
1. Mitt Romney - 4516 votes, 31%
2. Mike Huckabee - 2587 votes, 18.1%
3. Sam Brownback - 2192 votes, 15.3%
4. Tom Tancredo - 1961 votes, 13.7%
5. Ron Paul - 1305 votes, 9.1%
6. Tommy Thompson - 1,009 votes, 7.3%
7. Fred Thompson - 231 votes
8. Rudy Giuliani - 183 votes
9. Duncan Hunter - 174 votes
10. John McCain - 101 votes
11. John Cox - 41 votes

How can they leave out Tom Tancredo and Ron Paul? They showed 1-3, and 6-8. This is just irresponsible news reporting. America might as well give up on getting a real candidate elected. The only ones that will be covered by the media are those who have sold out. Actually, don’t give up. Get angry. Get angry and tell all your friends to vote for Ron Paul.

You should write a letter to Fox News and see what they say. Maybe they made a typo?

I am sure it because they don’t consider him a serious “contender”… there are certainly lots of signs around for him here!

Fox news is a joke, but honestly, so are most of the mainstream media outlets. Dr. Ron Paul is getting HATED on because he wouldn’t buddy up the government to the media and other large corporations. He is not a fascist like so many of the sell-out politicians and he is clearly not a socialist in the mold of most democrats running. Ron Paul is the best hope to keep our country a FREE limited republic based on the constitution and defending the lives and liberties of the people. Speak up.

Ron Paul for President and facists like Fox news and MTP are not going to stop democracy.

As much as I hate to admit it, Faux News *might* not be that evil in this case. Most people don’t care much about Tancredo or Paul, while more people are interested in Thompson, Thompson, and Giuliani. As they only have so much space to display information, it stands to reason that they’d leave some out. (And they did show accurate percentages.)

    Benjamin Geiger,

Fox News didn’t just fall out of the proverbial turnip truck. When a news source goes to the trouble of posting up a list that says “RESULTS,” and then obviously lists the candidates in the order of votegetting, it knows perfectly well that the viewers aren’t expecting candidates to be skipped over. Some poor showings dropped from the bottom, perhaps, but not omitted from the middle of that list.

Also, most people don’t care about Huckabee or Brownback either. But Tancredo takes an anti-neocon line on immigration, and Paul takes an anti-neocon line on just about everything that matters.

And how many TV watchers are really going to notice that these accurate percentages only add up to about 75 percent?

Call me “paranoid” if you want: There was some conscious scheming going on here by the gatekeepers in charge.

I will vote Ron Paul, regardless what anyone else says, even if he quits running, even if Fox News tells me he is dead, BECAUSE I do not believe THEM anything they say anymore.

They are liars who want to keep the people as sheep. It’s ugly. It’s sad that Rupert Murdoch bought the Wall Street Journal. WTF is that? Are we in the twilight zone?

Who are these people, that think they
can run roughshod over our democracy?
I can’t think of anything more despicable.
    We all know the reason.
Ron Paul and Trancredo are the ONLY ones
running that aren’t part of the Council on
    Foreign Relations.
    And they own Fox.
So let’s not let these people run our
country anymore. Shut off Fox forever
and Vote for Ron Paul in the Primaries.
I vow to not ever watch Fox again in my life.
Who cares what they think if they lie anyway.
    Let’s boycott Fox news,eh?

It seems like the mainstream media (fox, cnn, msn, new york times, etc.) is trying to ignore Ron Paul’s popularity. The people of this country will no longer accept that our candidates are elected for us. We have a right to choose our president and not have the “news” programs tell us who to vote for.

They’ve gotten away with it for long enough.

I feel that we need to know the untruths presented by Fox News and others. The best way to stop such efforts is to boycott the companies that advertise on Fox News.

Best Buy was my computer store. They are not any more. You won’t see me purchasing any items from Procter and Gamble and you won’t see me driving a Toyota.

This should be the best way to combat Fox News…
