Stinky Movers

Yesterday I had to move. As you know, Arizona is blazes hot in the summer. I think yesterday it was 110 degrees. I looked on Craigslist for some help which was the best decision I could have made given the circumstances. Carrying heavy furniture up and down stairs in 110 degree heat isn’t exactly fun.
The first dude I called was apparently in high school. He said he would give me a call Friday morning to work out the details since I was planning to move Friday evening. Friday morning came and went, but I didn’t get a phone call. I tried both of his numbers and gave him an hour, but still he hadn’t returned my call. I was going to pay him $70, but I guess inflation has been too high or something because when I was in high school, $70 for a couple hours of work was a goldmine too good to pass on.
After I decided that the high school kid, Dave, was likely flaking on me, I examined some of the other options on craigslist. I called a couple people and found two guys who could come by at 5:00. I have never hired movers before, but it was awesome. I didn’t do any heavy lifting. They definitely earned their money moving all my crap up two flights of stairs. The only complaint that I have with them is that they were really smelly. I don’t know if they had been doing some other work before, but those guys absolutely wreaked.

Actually I moved to another complex where there seem to be more hot girls running around. This new place is closer to ASU.

Pictures? How about some video. You could have retired on a video of those chicks having sex in the hot tub at your last complex. Keep an eye out

Yeah, last December I caught two lesbians getting it on in the hot tub. It was about 4:00am. My old apartment overlooked the pool area.

Any why was I never informed of this? I would have expected an immediate call. I am a little dissappointed.

Last year I moved in July. After I finished, I found out it was the hottest day of the year at 115! Lesson learned, watch the weather and plan your move accordingly.
